Welcome to https://goldenhourcoaching.com (“Website”, "Site")! The Website is owned by Golden Hour Coaching, LLC., a Tennessee business ("Company", "we", “us”, “our”). This document sets out the terms and conditions for the Site. By using this Site and participating in our services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

By visiting or sending emails to Golden Hour Coaching, you consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

3. Age Restrictions and Children’s Privacy

Golden Hour Coaching is intended for users who are 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may only use Golden Hour Coaching with the permission of a parent or guardian.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Program Refunds

Refunds for coaching programs are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Retreat-Specific Refunds

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before the retreat start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee.

• Cancellations made 30-59 days before the retreat are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

Golden Hour Coaching reserves the right to cancel or reschedule retreats in the event of unforeseen circumstances. If we cancel a retreat, participants will receive a full refund.

5. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites ("Linked Sites"). Golden Hour Coaching is not responsible for the content or updates of Linked Sites and provides these links as a convenience, without endorsing their content. By using third-party services, you acknowledge and agree that we may share necessary information with such third parties as part of fulfilling your service request.

6. No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Golden Hour Coaching's services and content for personal use. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the Site or hinder others' use. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any content from Golden Hour Coaching without prior written consent.

Golden Hour Coaching highly recommends that all retreat participants carry personal travel and health insurance. Participation in any physical activities associated with the retreats is voluntary and at your own risk. Golden Hour Coaching is not liable for any injuries, medical expenses, lost belongings, or travel disruptions.

10. International Users

Golden Hour Coaching is based in the USA and complies with U.S. laws. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with local laws.

11. Disclaimers and Liability

Golden Hour Coaching makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of the information, products, services, or software provided on this Site. Everything is provided “as is,” and Golden Hour Coaching disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms, such disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a neutral arbitrator from the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration shall occur on an individual basis; class action suits are not permitted.

14. Termination/Access Restriction

Golden Hour Coaching reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site without notice if you violate these Terms. All Terms regarding indemnification, intellectual property, liability disclaimers, and arbitration shall survive any termination.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tennessee.
